Hot Case 763 was located on May 18, 1966 in Cross Creek, Florida. He was identified through DNA in 2007 as 24-year-old James Harold Thomas. His Ford Falcon with Texas license plates had been found abandoned in the area a few months before his remains were found. Mr. Thomas had been listed as an Army deserter. When officers first tried to verify if the body belonged to Thomas, dental records obtained from the U.S. Army didn't match.

967UMLA was located in 1979 in a Bossier City, Louisiana landfill. He was identified in 2007 through DNA as 20-year-old Victor Barajas of McAllen, Texas.

Hot Case 33 was located on June 25, 2005 in Grand County, Colorado. He was identified as James Albert Lepik of Aurora, Colorado in January 2006.

Hot Case 41 was located on March 25, 2005 in Los Angeles, California. He was identified through DNA in January 2006 when a relative saw his sketch and notified law enforcment that the boy resembled her nephew, who had been missing since 1977.

207UFIL was located on December 9, 1999 in the Forest Preserve in Lake County, Illinois. She was identified through dental records in January 2006 as 34-year-old Mary Kate Sunderlin, a former Carpentersville resident who had been missing since autumn of 1999. A man was convicted of her murder in October 2000.

Hot Case 56 was located on January 12, 2006 in Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada. She was identified in February 2006 as 3-year-old Crystal Figueroa when her grandmother grew suspicious after asking of her whereabouts and notified authorities. Crystal's mother's boyfriend beat both the mother and Crystal, which resulted in Crystal's death.

417UFCA was located on August 20, 2003 in Imperial County, California. She was identified in January 2006 as 14-year-old Courtney Lynn Bowser, missing since August 7, 2003 from Palm Desert, California.

228UFTX was located on July 10, 1998 in Longview, Gregg County, Texas. She was identified in March 2006 as Janet Stroup missing from Longview, Texas.

68UFTX was located on January 25, 1991 in Waller County, Texas. She was identified in January 2006. She was never reported missing.

The victim was located on June 14, 1983 in Spokane, Washington. He was identified through fingerprints on April 12, 2006 as 30-year-old Michael Keith Roberts. Lorrie Hegewald, a Spokane County deputy medical investigator, received the original fingerprints taken from the body and re-submitted the prints to the FBI and they came back with a match. The fingerprints had been sent to the FBI in 1983 before the records were computerized and no match could be found. Mr. Roberts had left home when he was 18. He returned home one time, distraught and destitute. By his late teens, it was obvious he suffered from mental illness, most likely schizophrenia. He was never reported missing.

38UMTX was located on October 23, 1987 in Houston, Texas. He was identified through DNA on August 2, 2006 by the Texas Public Safety Crime Division as 28-year-old Calletano Segovia Gonzales.

356UFGA was located on April 18, 2002 in Morrow, Clayton County, Georgia. She was identified in July 2006 through x-rays by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation as 48-year-old Christine Allen, Decatur resident. Ms. Allen had been involved in a car accident in November 2001 and had undergone extensive X-rays. A comparison of the dental work and broken bones showed the woman in the photographs were the same. Ms. Allen was a file clerk for an Atlanta law firm who was reported missing by her roommate on April 19, 2002. The roommate hadn't seen her since April 12 and started to worry. Ms. Allen was a homicide victim.

652UMCA was located on April 8, 2003 in Sacramento County, California. He was identified through DNA in September 2006 as 52-year-old Leon Jacob Danker. Mr. Danker last contacted his family on September 13, 1978 asking for money to get him back home to Illinois. His family wired him the money and never heard from him again. Pat Keller, a homicide detective in the Sacramento Police Department's cold case unit saw Mr. Danker's picture and thought he looked like a man he had been looking to question in a homicide case. In 1990, Mr. Danker became a key witness in the trial of a homeless man convicted of murdering his son in Sacramento. Leon Danker testified in 1990 that before witnessing the crime, he had lived for four years at a homeless campsite near the crime scene. It might have been the same site where his remains were found.

The victim was located on April 27, 2006 in McLennan County, Texas. She was identified through DNA in December 2006 as 39-year-old Dana Leigh Taylor who was last seen in Mesquite, Texas on April 16, 2006. Robert Allen Byrd was indicted for capital murder by a grand jury in McLennan County, Texas in April 2007.

869UMON was located on May 15, 1968 in Schomberg, Ontario, Canada. He was identified on December 13, 2006 as 17-year-old Richard "Dickie" Hovey of Fredericton, New Brunswick. The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received tips from members of the public who had viewed an image of the victim's facial reconstruction on the OPP "Resolve" website. Mr. Hovey had moved to Toronto in 1966 or 1967 and was reportedly a musician in clubs in the Yorkville area. He disappeared from that area in the late spring or early summer of 1967.

410UFCA was located on May 1, 2003 in Castro Valley, Alameda County, California. She was identified in December 2006 as Yesenia Nungaray after police received a tip that led to locating the victim's mother in Mexico. Ms. Nungaray left Yahualica, Mexico on her 16th birthday in 2003. She was found dead just three weeks later behind a Carrows restaurant in Castro Valley.

On January 14, 2005 he was identified as 21-year-old Nelson Orlando Delgado when Mr. Delgado’s cousin saw a sketch on a the Texas DPS Missing Persons Clearinghouse website. DPS pulled Mr. Delgado’s drivers license application and the DPS lab compared the thumbprint on the application with the thumb print taken from the body and confirmed the match. Mr. Delgado was last seen at his home in San Antonio, Texas on February 26, 1998. He was never reported missing.

5UFIA was located on October 4, 1978 near Inwood, Lyon County, Iowa. She was identified through fingerprints in January 2006 as 23-year-old Wilma June Nissen, who grew up in California. It's still unknown what brought Nissen to Iowa, but investigators believe she was a troubled youth, possibly a runaway who was estranged from her parents. She had run-ins with the law, including an arrest for prostitution in Long Beach, California in 1975. Those were the last known whereabouts of Ms.Nissen, who also went by the aliases Wilma Wellington and Boots Wellington.

The victim was located on November 18, 1987 in Kings Cross Railway Station, London, United Kingdom. He was identified in January 2004 as Alexander Fallon from Falkirk, a 72-year-old who was living rough in London at the time. His family suggested the remains could be his and forensic tests confirmed it.

297UFDEU was located November 6, 2001 in Garmisch, Bavaria, Germany. She was identified in January 2004 as Elisabeth Lansman, a former Dutch citizen who had lived in Italy for several years.

405UMDEU was located in November of 2001 near the A5 motorway exit Mörfelden/Langen in Germany. He was identified in 2004 and his murderers, two Romanian citizens, have been jailed. He was Romanian and had lent his two friends money to buy a car. When a year later he asked to have his money back, they killed him.

418UMNV was located in June 1988 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Due to the efforts of the members of the Doe Network he was identified as John David Clough in April 2004. Mr. Clough left New Jersey in the 80's to go to California, and wasn't reported missing until 1997.

The identification was made by National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and The Monroe County Sheriff's Office by mtDNA testing.

346UFAZ was located on March 28, 2002 in Avondale, Arizona. Due to the efforts of the Doe Network members, she was identified as Crystal Lynn Clah in August 2004. Clah had been missing from Phoenix since March 2002.

392UFNV was located on February 13, 2004 in Clark County, Nevada. She was identified as Jamie Sheldon in August 2004. Ms. Sheldon was 17 when she was reported missing May 6, 2002.

216UFLA was located in February of 1999 in the Gulf of Mexico, near Grand Isle, Louisiana. She was identified through dental records in October 2004 as Rosann H. Stegall of St. Louis, who had been investigated as a missing person by St. Louis County police in February 1999.

464UMIL was located on November 25, 2003 at Interstate 64 eastbound at milepost 21, Illinois. From the remains, the pathologist created an image of what he thought the victim might look like. The mother of Stassie Greer Jr. called police in 2004 and said she thought that was the image of her son, last seen alive July 28, 1999. It took investigators several months to complete the identity because of problems getting the dental records. Stassie Greer Jr. was 23 when he was killed.

281UFWI was located on December 19, 2001 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She was identified in 2004 as Michelle McLaughlin who had been missing from northern Illinois.

126UFPA was located on December 10, 1993 in South Middleton Township, Pennsylvania. She was identified in December 2004 as Natalia Andreevna Miller, a Russian citizen. Police used the Combined DNA Index System to match male DNA samples found on Miller's body to samples from a Rochester, N.Y., man registered in the system for sexual crimes. Theodore John Solano, was charged with criminal homicide in December 2004. Solano allegedly said he met a Russian woman of that description in 1993 near Washington, D.C., and married her so she could stay in the country. Solano did marry Miller on June 4, 1993, in Alexandria, Va. Evidence in Solano's home led them to her name. Police tracked down a host family Miller had lived with near Washington, D.C. and they provided the names of her parents, who live in Russia and had been searching for their daughter there, provided DNA samples that confirmed Jane Doe was indeed Natalia Miller. She was born Feb. 22, 1975, in Leningrad.

470UMFL was located on August 5, 2000 in Tennille, Taylor County, Florida. Due to the efforts of a Doe Network member, he was identified as Larry Fishman, age 48, in December 2004. Fishman had been missing from New York City since January 3, 1999. A suicide note dated January 6, 1999, was found at the scene.

205UFLA was located on March 24, 1995 in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana and identified in 2004.

313UMFL was located on December 26, 2000 on SW 20th Avenue in the Kanapaha area, Alachua County, Florida. He was identified through DNA in 2004 as 26-year-old Timothy Jason "TJ" Harrington missing from Gainesville, Florida since December 10, 1996. Two people were charged with his murder.

283UMVT was located on November 2, 1985 in Glover, Vermont and identified in January 2003 as Roger Gene Jeffreys, due to the efforts of the members of The Doe Network.

She was identified in 2003 as Donna Joe, a transient originally from the Burnt Church reserve in northeastern New Brunswick. Ms. Joe's death is regarded as suspicious. She was a homeless woman who visited Fredericton soup kitchens and shelters.

175UMVT was located in 1997 in Readsboro, Bennington County, Vermont. He was identified in 2003 as Sean Cutler, who disappeared from New Jersey on June 15, 1996.

136UFOH was located in 1994 in Ohio and identified as 14-year-old Sarah Rae Boehm in May 2003. She was last seen leaving her home, telling her brother that she was going to spend the night with her friend. She was a vicim of homicide.

229UFTX was killed by an automobile in Texas in 2000 and was identified through fingerprints in May 2003. She was from Arizona and had never been reported missing.

111UFUT was found in Utah in 1990 and identified as Patricia Candace Walsh in June 2003 via dentals. She was a homicide victim, along with her husband.

233UMNV was located on August 4, 1997 in Stateline, Nevada. He was positively identified in July 2003 as 25-year-old Arturo Quirarte, a Mexican resident. The cause of death remains a mystery, but suicide is suspected.

204UMVA was located on May 14, 1996 in Harpers Ferry Historic Park in Virginia. His body was stuffed inside two duffle bags and placed in a large storage trunk. An autopsy revealed the man was sedated and strangled. He also had fresh cuts and abrasions on his body. Officers were not able to identify him until January 2003 when they searched military records and determined he was Jack Watkins of Maryland.

291UMNY was located on July 1, 2000 in Brooklyn, New York and identified in September 2003 as 26-year-old Christophe Faniard, who was last heard from on June 23, 2000, when he took a flight from his native France to New York City, New York.

The GBI Crime Lab obtained Mr. Beavers' dental records and made the identification.

240UMAZ was located on November 3, 1999 in La Paz County, Arizona. Due to the efforts of the members of The Doe Network, he was identified in December 2003 via DNA as 18-year-old Richard Cloyd. Mr. Cloyd was last seen on June 7, 1999 in Poway, California.

341UFUK was located in January 1991 in Leeds, United Kingdom. She was identified in December 2003 as Donna Louise Healey. Donna was 18 when she was last seen in Leeds in March 1988.

On June 29, 1982, she left Rawlins with a backpack belonging to someone else and was hitchhiking.
