  • Marks, Scars: She has a burn scar on her left calf, a scar on her nose, a scar on her chest.
  • Clothing: She was last seen wearing a black tube-top with white fishnet over it, long blue corduroy pants and blue tennis shoes, size 6-6 1/2. Earrings.
  • Dentals: Available. 2 deciduous teeth. A&C A also has pulpotomy & mod amalgam.
  • DNA: Available

Circumstances of Disappearance
Frost was last seen at approximately 22.00 at Mountain Bell Plaza in Salt Lake City, UT on July 7, 1984.
She told her boyfriend, who worked at the plaza, that she was going to hitchhike home on Montgomery Street, but she never arrived. It is not known if she located a ride or began walking on her own. Investigators believe she was abducted.
