Tammy was last seen at approximately 8:00 am on November 13, 1984 in Exeter, New Hampshire. She was crossing Court Street as she headed to Exeter Elementary School for the day. Tammy never arrived and has not been seen again.
Only one suspect was ever named in the case, a man who is incarcerated in the Florida State Prison, serving a sentence for burglary, trespassing and exposing himself. At the time of Tammy's disappearance, the man worked at Brad's Custom Auto Body on Main Street, several blocks from where she was last seen. There was never any evidence tying him to Tammy's disappearance and there was never an indictment against him. He has also been named as a possible suspect in the disappearance of Marjorie Christina Luna.
