He had been in San Diego and was going to return to San Diego after a visit to Los Angeles. While he was there he went to the Mexicali, Mexico area with friends and family, then was to return to Los Angeles, then San Diego.
William had an appointment at the Department of Motor Vehicles in San Diego so he could get his California license, and he said he was going to come back for that. The appointment was for approximately November 5 - 7.
He was never heard from again.
