• Estimated age: 40-60 years old
• Approximate Height and Weight: 6'4"-6'5"
• Clothing: A Western shirt, Levi's, New Balance tennis shoes and white socks.
• Personal Effects : A white handkerchief stuffed in one pocket and $14 in the other.
• Skeletal Findings: The victim at one time had had head surgery, which left a round, 1-inch scar on his right temple.
• Dentals: Available. Extensive lower dental work and wore a bridge with two gold crowns.

The victim was located floating in Elliott Bay a half-mile from Pier 91.
