Vital Statistics
- Estimated age: 21-35 years old
- Approximate Height and Weight: 5'0-6'0"
- Distinguishing Characteristics: Anthropological analysis reveal a mix of racial traits, sometimes suggestive of someone of Hispanic ancestry. White, Black, Hispanic, or Native ancestry. Long, straight, black hair. Decedent has numerous anomalies of the vertebral column.
- Clothing: Blue jeans, tank-top style shirt (manufacturer 'BYC', size 'M'). On the front of the shirt it reads, "Yo quiero cerveza, I don't want no stinkin tacos!". Necklace made of thin cotton material.
- Dentals: Teeth 6-9, 24 and 25 exhibit enamel chips. The root development of all four wisdom teeth suggest that these teeth are incompletely erupted, and possibly impacted.
Case History
The was located at 12th Avenue Southeast, east of Desoto Boulevard, in rural Golden Gate Estates, Rural Collier County.
The remains were found shortly before 17.00 by a passerby, who called deputies.
The victim may have been wrapped in a Christmas blanket. Because of the remote area where the man was found, his body could have been dumped there after he was killed.
