• Estimated Date of Death: Several days prior

Vital Statistics

• Estimated age: 20-25 years old
• Approximate Height and Weight: 5'0"-5'5"; 150 lbs.
• Distinguishing Characteristics: She had severe scoliosis (curvature of the spine). The severe curvature of her spine may have caused the victim to walk with a limp and lean to the right.

Case History
The victim was located in a Canal along U.S. 27, south of Griffin Road, on the edge of the Everglades in southwest Broward.
Because the remains included only a torso, identification was especially difficult.
Detectives found a handgun about 100 yards from the body.
