Case History
The victim was located in Old Tampa Bay, north of Courtney Campbell Causeway in Safety Harbor, Florida on March 4, 1961.
Her body was floating in the bay and was weighted down with a 15 pound cinder block to her feet.
She was buried at a Clearwater cemetery as Jane Doe.
