  • Distinguishing Characteristics: Dark brown / black hair with occasional grey; grey eyes. U-shaped, 3-cm incisional scar beneath umbilicus. Polychromatic tattoo of an eagle holding a heart with a banner stating 'HOG'. Shaved facial hair.
  • Clothing: Grey, short-sleeved shirt, with a marijuana leaf and 'sauza tequila' logo. Blue jeans, W30 / L30. Green plaid flannel shirt. Red, white, and blue plaid flannel jacket; black skull cap. A belt. Brown, thorogood, size 8M, above ankle boots with medial zippers.

Case History
The victim was found in a walkway that runs parallel to University Avenue NE between 67th and 69th, in Fridley. He was found hanging by belt on a chain link fence.
