Case History
The victim was found in bushes near the boardwalk south of 21st Street, in Miami Beach, Florida on December 24, 2000.

Medical treatment was administered and he was transported to Mt. Sinai Medical Center. Upon arrival at the emergency room, he remained unresponsive, without vital signs and in full cardiorespiratory arrest with EKG monitor showing ventricular fibrillation.
