Orthopedic hardware of right distal femur. Significant arthritis of right knee. Healed fractures of left distal radius and ulna. Significant osteoarthritis of vertebreal column. Wire in mandible at left gonial angle. Several broken ribs at different stages of healing. Right knee surgery.
