Distinguishing Marks/Features: May have had previous skull/brain surgery. Possible previous trachesotomy. Tattoos: "Terree" or "Gerree" on left lateral arm. Skull and crossbones on right lateral arm. Possible unicorn with possible word "junk" or "juan" on right chest. All done in blue-black ink.

Dentals: Available, No restorations. Teeth 10 and 31 have root tips only. Tooth 2 had supererupted and teeth 1 and 2 had migrated mesially. Calculus indicative of dental neglect.
