Circumstances of Disappearance
Stubbs called her parents to come and get her at her apartment in Cincinnati, Ohio. They could not find her and filled a missing person report with the Police department there. She was last seen on September 9, 1996 near the corner of Gilbert Ave and McMillan St in Cincinnati, OH and may have been in Hamilton, OH before she completely disappeared. She left a son behind. Her social security number has not been used.
