Tabbetha disappeared from her North Fairfield Road Apartment the night of May 5, 1990. Her white leather purse with blue patchwork was also missing along with her wallet, identification, and her paycheck, which has never been cashed. There was no sign of a struggle.
At some point during the evening of Tabbetha's disappearance, her baby was found abandoned on the doorstep of the ex-wife of the baby's father. No one answered the doorbell when it was rung at 2:30 a.m., although someone later said they heard it. The baby was found in his car seat five hours later.
Foul play is suspected in Tabbetha's disappearance.
