Circumstances of Disappearance
At the time of his disappearance Saavedra was a student at Jersey City State College. The day of his disappearance he told his mother he was going to Bible study then called again later in the evening telling his family he was staying the night at a friend's house. His vehicle was later found abandoned in front of a Pizza Parlor in the neighborhood.
