Circumstances of Discovery

The body of a newborn was found wrapped in a bag at the Richmond Landfill, lying in trash that had just been dumped by a garbage truck from Eastern Kentucky University. An autopsy determined "Baby Jane Doe" was born alive and had been full-term.
