• Age at Time of Disappearance: 13 years old
• Height and Weight at Time of Disappearance: 5'6" (168 cm); 135 lbs (61 kg)
• Distinguishing Characteristics: White male. Brown hair; blue eyes.
• Marks, Scars: He has scars on the left side of his face and a skin discoloration on his stomach and right side. He has a mole on his neck and on his chin.
• Oterh: He may be in need of medical assistance.

Circumstances of Disappearance
Roberts was last seen in St. Petersburg, FL on December 26/27, 1996.
Roberts was last seen at his adopted mother's residence. Roberts had been court-ordered to Carlton Manor, but had been allowed to go home for the holidays, but then left and has not been seen or heard from since. Numerous computer checks revealed no Florida driver's license or any work related social security number use or additional criminal history.
