Circumstances of Disappearance
The child was abducted by his non-custodial mother, Alma Angeles Baricuatro. A felony warrant was issued for the abductor on September 4, 1997.
They are believed to have left the country and traveled to the Philippines.
Child is called "Kaili-boy" by father and paternal grandparents and "Danyo" by maternal grandparents.
