Circumstances of Discovery

The unidentified remains of a man were found lying beneath a train coal car at Power Plant Harllee Branch in Eatonton, Georgia. Police were not sure how the man was killed nor who, if anyone, killed him. Other sources place the body inside the loaded coal train car, which had come into Eatonton from Tennessee.
