Crowding of lower anterior teeth and rotation of tooth 10. Amalgam restorations on Tooth 3, 5, 14, 18, 19, 20, 30, and 31. Caries on tooth 3.

The victim's remains were located when the Guilford County Fire Department responded to a brush fire in a densely wooded area off Billet Road, just off Highway 150. A gas can and nozzle were found at the other side of the woods.
