• Distinguishing Characteristics: Dark brown/black, short hair; brown eyes; thin build. He had a leg brace on his right lower leg which was held in place below the knee and which goes along the bottom of the right foot. The brace is held in place by an elastic bandage with a separate elastic bandage around the right thigh. There is marked atrophy (wasting) and shortening of the right leg. There is some atrophy (wasting) of the left leg but not as marked as the right. There is a vaccination scar on the right upper arm and old acne scars on his forehead and cheeks. He also had some small superficial abrasions to his right hand, left knee and right lower leg.
