- The victim was discovered on April 30, 2005 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada
Vital Statistics
- Estimated age: 20-30 years old
- Approximate Height and Weight: 5' 5" (165 cm); 103 lbs. (46 kg).
- Distinguishing Characteristics: Dark brown/black, short hair; brown eyes; thin build. He had a leg brace on his right lower leg which was held in place below the knee and which goes along the bottom of the right foot. The brace is held in place by an elastic bandage with a separate elastic bandage around the right thigh. There is marked atrophy (wasting) and shortening of the right leg. There is some atrophy (wasting) of the left leg but not as marked as the right. There is a vaccination scar on the right upper arm and old acne scars on his forehead and cheeks. He also had some small superficial abrasions to his right hand, left knee and right lower leg.

- Clothing: Black sweatpants, grey pants, black and white jacket, blue, gray and red sweatshirt, red long-sleeved turtleneck sweater, white t-shirt with Canada in blue lettering, grey shorts, blue underwear, grey socks and white and blue athletic shoes (size 9).
Case History
The victim was located in an isolated area near a Marina, 16 Regatta Drive, in Toronto, Ontario on April 30, 2005.
A blue lighter, an empty black wallet, cigarettes in pockets of pants and
15 cents were found with the body.
