- Approximate Height and Weight: 5'4-6'0"
- Clothing: Blue dress pants, blue underwear and red cotton shirt.
- Dentals: Missing an upper front tooth on the left side prior to death. The upper front tooth on the right side was angled.

The victim was located in a forested area of Port Coquitlam, BC, immediately north of the Port Coquitlam Cemetery.
