Tiffany was abducted by her non-custodial mother, Marie Catherine Dominique. Tiffany's father reported her missing when her mother did not return her from a visitation. A felony warrant for custodial interference was issued for her on December 2, 1994. They may still be in the local area, possibly in the Haitian community, or may have left the country and traveled to Haiti. They have not been seen nor heard from since.
