  • Clothing: She was last seen wearing a black tube-top with white fishnet over it, long blue pants and blue tennis shoes.

    • Circumstances of Disappearance
    Frost was last seen at approximately 10 PM at Mountain Bell Plaza in Salt Lake City, UT on July 7, 1984.
    She told her boyfriend at his downtown Salt Lake work that she was going to hitchhike home on Montgomery Street, but she never arrived.
