Vital Statistics

  • Approximate Height and Weight: 6'2" 1/2.
  • Distinguishing Characteristics: Brown hair. No facial hair; average build (well-nourished).
  • Clothing: Levi jeans (made in Canada); Nike hightop white sneakers; white knee socks with red & blue rings around the top; black zipper sweatshirt; t-shirt with a seagull on the chest area with the letter "R" on the bird. The words "Rush Programs" were under the seagull.

Case History
The victim was located in the waters of Lake Ontario, New York on June 17, 1994.
He was located quite a ways out in the lake which is unusual. He appeared to have been in the water for awhile. Based on evidence, he is believed to be Canadian. He had Canadian coins in his left pocket and a keyring in his right pocket containing 5 keys & a pocket screwdriver. The screwdriver had a shamrock on one side,"Powerful Pete" on the other side.
