Additional Personal Items: Canadian coins in left pocket. Keyring in his right pocket containing 5 keys & a pocket screwdriver. The screwdriver had a shamrock on one side,"Powerful Pete" on the other side.
The decedent was located in the waters of Lake Ontario, New York on June 17, 1994.
He was located quite a ways out in the lake which is unusual. He appeared to have been in the water for a while.
Based on evidence, he is believed to be Canadian.
