On December 8, 2004, at approximately 9:53 a.m., construction workers discovered the partially buried remains of a human skeleton in a vacant field off of Daniels Road West of the Old Water Tower. Investigation revealed the remains were that of a Hispanic male, between 36 and 45 years of age and was approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall. It was also determined the subject was the victim of a Homicide.
