- Estimated age: 20-40 years old
- Approximate Height and Weight: 6'2"; 178-185 lbs
- Distinguishing Characteristics: Very short, dark brown to black, coarse hair; brown eyes. Thin mustache and short beard. 3.5 cm vertical, linear scar on ventral right index finger and a 3.0 cm vertical linear scar on mid forehead.
No tattoos. (left forearm absent )
- Clothing: Old Navy brand blue jeans (size 36/34), a black belt, dark boxer shorts and 1 black Nike sock. He was also wearing a black and white beaded necklace.

The victim was located in the L canal in the area of 20 Mile Bend, 4 miles west of State Road 880, Belle Glade, Florida on November 20, 2004.
