- Distinguishing Characteristics: White male with the possibility of slight Asian mix. Dark brown or black hair, slightly wavy with some graying
; unknown eye color. Medium to light skin and a well tanned upper body; A horizontal well - healed linear scar across the lower auterolateral right thigh measuring 8 cm in length and is located 5 cm above the knee. There are no tattoos.

- Clothing: Green and gray colored shorts and aloha shirt with no labels or size markings. Note: Hat not Recovered with Remains.
