  • Distinguishing Characteristics: Brown hair; brown eyes. Dark rim glasses.
  • Clothing: Tan jacket, beige shirt, black pants, brown socks, black shoes "888 on bottom w/elephant trademark", brown belt. He also had 1 yellow metal band and 1 white metal "Casio" watch.

Case History
The victim was located at 6:40 a.m. in the railyard at 4000 East Shelia Street in Commerce, California on April 12, 1995.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
