- The victim was discovered on August 2001 at Nene Channel, Lincolnshire, United Kingdom

Vital Statistics
- Estimated age: 20 - 50 years old
- Approximate Height and Weight: 5'7"
- Clothing: He was found in a blue boiler suit and nearby was an orange windcheater and a brown jumper with a pattern of three large diamonds on the front.
- Personal Effects : Also found were some Ford van or car keys and a Draper locker-type key. The top of a hot water bottle was used as a fob. Home-made fishing tackle were found with the man, which consisted of line with two canes. A fork, probably for bait digging, had its handle replaced with a metal device
