Circumstances of Disappearance
Candace Starr was kidnapped at gunpoint by her estranged ex-boyfriend, from her parents' home in Granada Hills, CA.
Starr has never been seen again and no arrests have been made in her case.
Candy had broken up from her relationship after her boyfriend was physically abusive towards her, and had moved back in with her parents.
