• Age at Time of Disappearance: 14 years old
• Height and Weight at Time of Disappearance: 5' 8"-5'9"; 120 lbs
• Distinguishing Characteristics: White female. Blonde hair; Hazel / green eyes.
• Marks, Scars: She has a mole under her right eye and a scar under her right knee.
• Clothing: She was last seen wearing a navy blue sweatshirt, baggy light blue jeans, and brown suede shoes.
• Dentals: X-rays Available

Circumstances of Disappearance
Misty was last seen in the evening walking home from the Puyallup Fairgrounds. She missed her bus home and has not been seen since.
Some of her clothing was discovered near Mud Mountain Dam in 1993. Searchers found a sock, underwear and jeans rolled up in a ditch near the intersection of state Highway 410 and Weyco Road. Copsey's hair pick and toothbrush were located on February 20, 1993, approximately one-half mile from the location of her clothes. She carried both the items in her purse at the time of her disappearance.
There has been no trace of Copsey since that time, although an unconfirmed report did place her somewhere in northern Minnesota shortly after her disappearance.
