- The victim was discovered on January 12, 2004 in Gervais, Marion County, Oregon
- Estimated Date of Death: September-November 2003
Vital Statistics
- Estimated age: 18-29 years old
- Approximate Height and Weight: 4'10-5'3"; 120-140 lbs.
- Distinguishing Characteristics: Black, straight, 18 inches long hair in ponytail. Her bangs were cut straight across her forehead. Brown eyes. Slightly obese. 14-inch steel femur rod present in left femur. Left femur fracture with surgical prosthetic present. Inscription: "SOLCO #3 150799". Rod is determined to have been implanted in Mexico. Her fingernails were painted purple, and her toenails were painted with gold-flecked polish.
- Dentals: Available. Unerupted third molars. Dental work appears to have been done in Mexico.
- Clothing: Denim jacket, label "XOXO Jeans", size Large, with two breast pockets and metal buttons. Bra, "Lovable" brand, white or cream in color, 36C. Blue denim jeans, "IEL, D NRGY" brand, no size. White athletic socks, ankle length, "Ralph Lauren / Polo Jeans" brand. Underwear, thong-style, "Victoria's Secret" brand, size Large. No shoes were found.

This jacket is similar to the one found with the homicide victim.
Case History
The victim was located at Milepost 268, along Interstate 5 corridor between Salem and Portland, Oregon. There was no identification on the body.
