  • Approximate Height and Weight: 5'0"; 135 lbs.
  • Distinguishing Characteristics: Brown eyes; black hair. Scars to right lower abdomen, left forearm, left index finger. Scars also to right knee and left lower leg and under the right buttock.
  • Tattoos: Tattoo of "JM or TM" on his upper left arm
  • Clothing: White shoes size 7, black pants, size 32, white sweatshirt and a white t-shirt.
  • Jewelry: 1 watch with brown strap; 1 small wooden crucifix on a white string; 1 medallion with a picture of the Virgin Mary

The victim was located on July 17, 1997 at approximately 2335 hours. He was found unresponsive at 58th Street & Pacific Boulevard in Huntington Park, CA.
