    • Clothing: He was wearing light brown slacks; a white shirt with a brown-printed design; red underwear (no sizes noted); and a gold Timex watch.

    The victim was located at 500 Austin at Prarie street - Houston, TX. (found at northeast corner of the Hogan Allnoch Building in alleyway adjacent to building)
