Case History
The victim was located in wooded area off Stormville Mt. Road, 1 mile east of State Road 52, in East Fishkill, New York on July 22, 1992, by a pair of construction workers building a fence.
State police have combed through hundreds of missing persons reports over the years and used dental records extensively, given the person has a gold cap on one of his teeth.
Representatives of the tree company had no idea who the man could be. How or why the man died, and how his remains came to rest in the woods in East Fishkill, has eluded police.
