Distinguishing Marks/Features: 12-inch scar on the center of his stomach and back - to the left of the 12 inch scar on his stomach was a 3 inch scar. On his left shoulder blade was a 12 inch scar. He had an old tattoo, which was possibly an anchor or some type of Navy tattoo.

DNA: Unknown.
Clothing: White t-shirt, white polo shirt with black and brown pin stripes on the border of the sleeves and neckline; khaki pants and brown socks. He had no shoes.
Jewelry: Unknown.

The decedent was located floating face down in a weed line approx. 5 miles east of the Boynton Inlet and 3 miles north, in Boynton Beach, Florida.
No signs of trauma were noted.
Detectives believe that this person may have possibly entered the water in Dade or Broward Counties.
