• Height and Weight at Time of Disappearance: 5'4" - 163 cm; 125 lbs - 57 kg.
• Distinguishing Characteristics: White female. Curly blonde hair; blue eyes. She occasionally wears blue wire-framed glasses.
• Marks, Scars: She has a half moon scar on outer left ankle. 3" scar on right shin. Mole on left side of upper lip.
• Clothing: Men's large, green military type flight jacket. Men's diamond ring.
• Dentals: Available. Left upper incisor tooth chipped.
• DNA: Available

Circumstances of Disappearance
A neighbor reported seeing Monique loading clothes into a blue Chevy pickup driven by a white male. Monique has not been seen since.

Her parents did not file a missing person report until January 1994. Her mother, and stepfather said they had received two letters and a telephone call from the girl and believed she had run away.

Monique's younger sister claimed the stepfather made her write the two letters and the call was also fake.
