Case History
The victim was was found floating approximately five feet from the shore of the Ohio river in Northbend, Ohio on November 29, 2006.
This area is located just west of the city of Cincinnati and approximately five miles east of the Indiana state line.
No missing reports checked in the Tristate area of Ohio, Indiana or Kentucky matched this unidentified person.
There were no signs of foul play, and the autopsy showed that it appeared she may have jumped, or fallen off of a high structure into the river, causing her death. Police say one possibility is riverboat tour. There were lots of them in days before Thanksgiving. The boats go about 7 miles out.
