The body of a newborn was found at the Mount Kisco Department of Public Works. She may have been unknowingly transferred there after being vacuumed into a specially configured truck used to extract sediment and water from catch basins and storm drains throughout neighborhoods in the village of Mount Kisco.
Investigators have named her April Hope.
