The decedent (1 of 10 occupants) of a van transporting persons from Mexico, that lost control, on westbound Interstate 40, at milepost marker 75, in Ludlow, California on July 18, 2004.
Per one passenger, most of the people in the van were from Santa Lucia Del Camino, OAX, Mexico. Nine of the occupants were picked up in Phoenix Arizona.
She died in the Desert Regional Medical Center emergency room, in the city of Palm Springs.
She was traveling with false birth certificates from Mexico with the names "Cristina Roblero Solis" and date of birth of 03/10/1969 and "Antonia Dominguez Juarez" with a date of birth of 05/22/1976. Additionally, the name Maria Eugenia Martinez with the birth date of 06/25/65 was developed by investigators.
