- The victim was discovered on February 5, 1992 in Baldwin, Duval County, Florida.
Vital Statistics
- Estimated age: 36-45 years old
- Approximate Height and Weight: 6'0" (72" measured); 206 lbs.
- Distinguishing Characteristics: Brown/dark brown hair; hazel eyes. Brown/dark brown/black full beard with some gray hairs, and mustache (mostly gray).
- Clothing: Blue jeans, pink and black flannel shirt, brown jacket and shoes. No jewelry nor personal effects.
- Distinguishing Marks: Tattoo on right forearm, posterior, just below elbow: heart with arrow through it, and below the heart, is the word "CINDY".
- Dentals: Teeth are in poor condition. Upper teeth missing and most of the lower teeth missing.
- DNA: Availabe
Case History
The victim was located underneath a railroad overpass at I-10 and U.S.301 in Baldwin and later died in hospital (02/07/92).
