• Tattoos: Tattoos are present on the forearms. There is a green caricature present on left forearm and a cobra on right forearm.

Case History
The victim was located at 910 W. Kaley Street, Orlando.

He went by the name Robert, was down on his luck and staying with a stranger that offered to help him. The stranger hadn't seen Robert for several days. One morning as she left her house, she noticed her disabled vehicle's window was different. She went to investigate, and found Robert deceased in the back seat.

Told VA clinic he just came from LA one week ago and had lost clothing and personals on bus.
