    The victim was discovered on February 14, 1988 lying in a city street in Mount Vernon, New York. Investigators believe she was murdered several hours before her body was located. The City of Mount Vernon is located approximately 10 miles north of Manhattan, New York.
    There are no suspects in this crime and no clues as to this woman's identity.
