Circumstances of Disappearance
Tunstall was last seen in Oakland, California on September 10, 1987. He disappeared from his office at Berkeley and his car was found the next day in San Francisco's Sea Cliff area.
He was the director of the minority engineering program at the University Of California at Berkeley in 1987. Foul play is suspected.
