Circumstances of Discovery

On January 7, 1998, the skeletal remains of this victim were located on I-75 and Highway 92 in Tampa, Florida. Remains found on January 7, 1998 consisted of a skull only. On October 8, 2002 the rest of the skeletal remains were recovered. Every surgical hospital in the area was contacted with no results.
