  • Distinguishing Characteristics: Short salt and pepper Gray hair; blue eyes. Missing upper teeth and single lower tooth #24 and no evidence of denture use. Fourth toe is short and webbed. No scars or tattoos.
  • Clothing: Blue jeans, white tennis shoes, dark colored jacket and sweater over a blue t-shirt which reads "Jefferson Missouri 2001 Final Four State Championship, Columbia, Missouri."

Case History
The victim was located after being hit by a vehicle in Melissa, Texas on January 11, 2004. She was carrying 2 plastic grocery sacks containing clothing and snack foods. It is believed she was homeless or a transient.

From her fingerprints investigators found a history that spans 27 years, 7 states and 23 alias names, a different one for every single time she was arrested.

This case is being investigated by the Collin County Medical Examiner's Office and the Melissa Police Department working with FBI VICAP Case #2006TX04, Assessment Number 2006-06-9.
