On December 12, 2002, a surveying crew was working at a construction site located at 6100 North O’Connor (on the east side of O’Connor at Buffalo Road - - northeast part of Irving at 635 and 161). They discovered human body parts at the location and notified Irving Police.
Investigation at the scene revealed seven garbage bags containing dismembered body parts. Inside the bags were shopping bags from Carnival Food Store and Fiesta Food Store.
On December 16, 2002, another survey crew was at the same location when they found the head of the body. The head was approximately 950 feet east from where the other parts were found. It appeared that the head had been moved to that location by dogs.
