Height: He was most likely between 5'4" and 5'6" inches in height, the pathologist measured his remains at 5'11

Hair Color: Black, graying.
Eye Color: Dark brown.
Distinguishing Marks/Features: Circumcised. He suffered from degenerative disease and was a habitual squatter and kneeler, so possibly worked in the fields.

Clothing: Black corduroy pants with black belt, white underwear, black socks, black t-shirt, black coat and white tennis shoes.
Jewelry: A possible wedding band (Yellow band with clear stone) found in front pocket and a black and gold Citizen watch.
Additional Personal Items: He had a black or brown Skyway duffel bag tied around his neck and he had a KIA car key in his pocket. The conents of the bag included a magnifying glass, prescription eye glasses, electric shaver, cologne, toiletries, Gold Country Stage bus schedule, various clothing. The duffel bag had a long strap and was around his neck but not tightly. It was possibly over his shoulder and when he fell into the lake it ended up around his neck. If he was dumped in the lake, the bag was probably put around his neck, possibly to weigh him down.
On October 18, 2002, the decedet was found floating in Rollins Lake, just outside Grass Valley, CA.
