Circumstances of Disappearance
Last seen by his wife on the evening of November 8, 1978, Mr. Witt left home in the family car possibly on a "drinking binge.

Mr. Witt's vehicle was recovered in the Denver metro area on May 11, 1979.

During a search of the car Police located bone/tooth fragments, shotgun shell fragments, and blood of the same type as Mr. Witt.
